The front courtyard and steps to this residential building in Kensington were in desperate need of a new lease of life, originally looking dark and tired. We set about transforming the space to create a more stylish and impressive entryway to the building, consistent with its sort after location in affluent central London.

The fresh clean look has been achieved by laying new bullnose steps and large format paving stones in ‘Buff’ sawn sandstone supplied by London Stone Ltd. The bin store has been clad in matching stone to complete the look.

A fresh paint job on the walls, door and bin store further enhanced the renovated entry and gave the building a new contemporary look, leaving a lasting impression in keeping with the neighbourhood.
